Last month was full of incredible God stories. It has been so encouraging to see people coming together again to serve, hug, worship, share, and pray. Thank you for investing in this important work that crosses barriers to bring opportunity, friendship, and hope.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Recently a HopeGo team visited the community of Perkin. They saw a man hiding off in the shadows who seemed lonely, and they struck up a conversation with him. He had come from Haiti to the DR on a work visa, but it had expired. He had also recently lost his brother in a tragic motorcycle accident. The team shared the hope of the gospel, but the man kept saying he wasn't ready to proclaim Jesus as his Savior. After they prayed for him, the man’s demeanor changed, and he wanted to accept Christ! The team’s translator, Pekat, gave him his number and invited him to church. Please pray that God would provide comfort and hope to this man through this new friendship and his new relationship with Christ.

Life transformation is no easy task, and yet, we are continually reminded of just how much God loves each and every person.
