"We Never Stopped"

The above message was sent to the Mission of Hope Facebook page and shared with Dr. Marlene, our Director of Health Services at the Clinic of Hope. Almost immediately, Dr. Marlene responded, “This gentleman can come to visit us at the Clinic. We are still operating. We never stopped!”

The resilience, strength, and determination of the Haitian people is accurately represented by Dr. Marlene. “We are still operating. We never stopped!"

In the midst of hard things, the people of Haiti do not give up—they keep pressing forward. They keep serving each other. They keep fighting for a better life. As another friend from Haiti, Jean Marc, often reminds us, “In the midst of great difficulties, God is with us always.”

Because of the faithfulness of donors like you, we are able to respond with “We are still operating. We never stopped!” Today, there are 418 Haitian staff who are working each day to advance the vision to see life transformation in their country.
