While we are disappointed that mission trips this year have not gone as planned, we know that God is working through each of you. Even though we’re not able to jump on a plane and be together in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, or the Bahamas, we want to take a moment to gather together from the comfort of our homes or churches and still celebrate and worship, much like we would on a mission trip.
We’d love to have you join us on Facebook Live, Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 pm CST / 7:30 pm EST for worship from our team in Haiti, a word from our Mission of Hope staff, and an opportunity to celebrate and hear what God is doing through Team Hope.
A couple of ideas for ways to watch it together—safely, of course—while following social distancing guidelines and your state’s recommendations:
- Get together with people you were planning to go with on a trip.
- Youth groups: The event is on a Wednesday night! Stream it together.
- Host a home watch party with a group of friends and family.
- Invite your roommates to join in and watch with you.
- Are you a student at home with your parents? Mom and Dad are welcome.
