WE BUSINESS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The WE Business Mentorship Program provides training for women on how to spend, save, reinvest, and expand their businesses. This gives them the opportunity to provide for their families with dignity.
Most of the women in the pilot program have worked diligently with our hospitality team for years, selflessly serving guests while they served on mission trips, and were the first participants of the WE Business Mentorship Program in Haiti.
Our vision for the WE Business Mentorship Program is to expand into the Dominican Republic and work with business leaders there to raise up and mentor women. As we continue to develop partnerships with businesses and organizations across the island, the opportunity to connect women with mentorship opportunities is tremendous.
